CHIGURU-2024: A Vibrant Celebration of Talent and Creativity for Government School Students

NEWS CHARIOT : The city of Warangal witnessed a grand display of talent, enthusiasm, and creativity as CHIGURU-2024 was held at the prestigious campus of NIT-Warangal in Hanamkonda. Organized by Youth for Seva Warangal in association with the Youth Red Cross Society, this event provided an exceptional platform for government school students to come together, showcase their skills, and be celebrated for their diverse talents.

Over 1,200 students from 12 government schools across the region of erstwhile Warangal participated in this vibrant event. The competitions at CHIGURU-2024 were spread across a range of categories, offering something for everyone, including Arts, Sports, and Literature. With 15 diverse competitions, the children had the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in painting, drawing, sports activities, public speaking, poetry, and more.

The event was made possible by the active involvement of student volunteers from NIT Warangal and other colleges in the region. Their dedication, hard work, and seamless coordination were key factors in ensuring that the event ran smoothly and was a success. The volunteers assisted with managing the event logistics, guiding the participants, and ensuring that the competitions were conducted fairly and efficiently.
