PM Modi Virtually Inaugurates Three Telangana Railway Stations Under Amrit Bharat Scheme

NEWS CHARIOT:-Prime Minister Narendra Modi today virtually inaugurated three newly developed railway stations across Telangana under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, aiming to modernize and enhance railway infrastructure across the country. The inauguration ceremony at Warangal Railway Station was marked by the presence of several prominent leaders and dignitaries.
Union Minister Bhupathi Raju Srinivas Verma, Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, MPs DK Aruna, Etela Rajender, Kadiyam Kavya, Council Deputy Chairman Banda Prakash, Mayor Gundu Sudharani, MLAs Revuri Prakash Reddy, K R Nagaraju, and MLC Baswaraju Saraiah were among those who attended the Warangal event.
Speaking at the ceremony, Union Minister Bhupathi Srinivas Verma praised Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, stating, “After taking charge as the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is working hard to elevate India to new heights. With a strong commitment to railway development, three stations in Telangana have been modernized under his leadership.”
He emphasized that the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme aims to transform railway stations with modern amenities for the common man, ensuring comfort and convenience. “The budget now allocated for railway development is significantly higher than what was provided before 2014,” he noted.
Verma also highlighted his long-standing relationship with Telangana leaders from the era of undivided Andhra Pradesh and expressed his congratulations to the people of Warangal for the upgraded railway station.
The initiative reflects the central government’s focus on infrastructure-led growth and better public services.
