Brutal Murder Uncovered in Jogulamba Gadwal: Wife Among Accused

NEWS CHARIOT:-A gruesome murder has come to light in Ketidoddi mandal of Jogulamba Gadwal district, shocking the local community. Laborers digging pits on the outskirts of the village were met with a foul odor, leading to the discovery of a decomposing body buried underground. Upon investigation, police identified the deceased as Kurva Narsimhulu.
Narsimhulu had been married to Padma for twelve years, and the couple had a son. However, their marriage had been troubled for several years, leading Padma to return to her maternal home. During their separation, Padma reportedly began an extramarital affair with her maternal uncle, Kurva Anjalappa. When Narsimhulu discovered the affair, he distanced himself from Padma and viewed Anjalappa as a threat.
This tense situation escalated into a murder plot. On April 17, Padma, Anjalappa, and an accomplice named Guntha Govind allegedly conspired to kill Narsimhulu. They lured him into drinking alcohol and then murdered him before burying his body.
The murder came to light when laborers unearthed the body while working. Field Assistant Venkatesh Goud informed the police, who launched an immediate investigation. Padma was taken into custody and soon confessed. Police later arrested the remaining suspects near Mailagadda stage and seized key evidence including a knife, bike, and four mobile phones.
All accused were presented before the court and remanded. Police officials stated that diligent investigation and timely action led to a swift breakthrough. Further details are expected as the investigation continues.
