Bus Passenger Dies After Leaning Out Window
NEWS CHARIOT : A tragic incident occurred on Saturday in the district when a woman lost her life after leaning out of a bus window. Shivalingamma (58), a resident of Alahalli village near Begur in Gundlupete taluk, was the victim.
She was traveling on an RTC bus from Mysore to Gundlupete when a speeding tipper truck collided with her near Sindhuvalli village. Shivalingamma, who had her head out of the bus window, suffered severe injuries, including the loss of her head and right arm. She died on the spot. The tipper driver fled the scene.
