E-Summit 6.0 Ignites Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Vagdevi Bollikunta Campus

NEWS CHARIOT:-Warangal is emerging as a hub for education and innovation, and to foster entrepreneurship, Viswambhara Educational Society organized E-Summit 6.0 at Vaagdevi Bollikunta Campus. The event aimed to build a strong startup ecosystem, encourage innovation, and provide networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. It was organized by SumVN and Vagdevi Incubation and Business Accelerator (VIBA) and brought together industry leaders, investors, and mentors.

Dr. Ramanan Ramanathan, Chairperson, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, graced the event as the chief guest. He urged youth to establish industries using new technologies, emphasizing government incentives for rural and women entrepreneurs.

Dr. U. B. Desai, founding Director of IIT Hyderabad, encouraged students to focus on AI-based research and technological innovations, using their projects for national progress.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan, Lok Satta founder and former IAS officer, highlighted India’s potential in intelligence and problem-solving. He urged students to draw inspiration from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and embrace upcoming employment opportunities.

The summit witnessed participation from prominent investors, business leaders, and tech experts who shared insights on entrepreneurship and funding opportunities. Over 2,500 students from engineering, pharmacy, MBA, MCA, physiotherapy, and degree colleges attended the event, showcasing their innovations.

Key attendees included International Startup Foundation Founder J.A. Chowdhury, Vagdevi Colleges President Dr. CH. Devender Reddy, Vice President Dr. Vahini Devi, Director Dr. Vani Devi, VIBA CEO Salim Jeevani, and SUMVN CEO K. Sai Kiran, along with several college directors and principals.

The summit concluded with live music and cultural performances, making it a vibrant platform for learning and networking.
