Father and Son Share an Emotional Moment as Son Signs Father’s Retirement Order

This emotional story involves Jogaram Jat, a teacher at a government higher secondary school in Bandra, and his son, Shyam Sundar Chaudhary, the principal of the same school.
Jogaram Jat, after serving as a teacher for 39 years, retired on Tuesday. The moment became especially memorable when his son, Shyam Sundar, signed his father’s retirement order, leaving both father and son moved with emotion. The Jat family has a long history with the school, with both father and son working there since June 2016.
Jogaram Jat began his teaching career on October 12, 1985. Reflecting on his retirement, he expressed pride and happiness, noting that having his son sign his retirement order was a joyous moment for him. Shyam Sundar, who joined the teaching profession in 2011, shared his emotional connection with the moment and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to follow in his father’s footsteps.
In addition to his retirement, Jogaram Jat made generous donations to three schools in the region, donating ₹31,000 to the Bandra school, ₹11,000 to the Kedli school, and ₹5,100 to the Kedli Primary School.
