NEWS CHARIOT (Hyderabad, Dec.15) : All arrangements have been made for the Group-2 exams scheduled to take place on Sunday and Monday. A total of 1,368 exam centers have been established across the state to conduct the exams for four papers. Authorities are ensuring a smooth and fair examination process for the candidates.

A total of 5,51,847 candidates have applied for the Group-2 exams. The exams will be held in two sessions: the first from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. As of now, only 77% of candidates have downloaded their hall tickets, leaving over 1 lakh candidates yet to do so. Authorities urge those who haven’t downloaded their tickets to do so promptly.

It is to be noted here that the Telangana government issued the Group-2 notification to fill 783 posts which were initially delayed four times due to various reasons.

Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman Burra Venkatesham has announced that CCTV cameras have been installed at every exam center for the Group-2 exams. Speaking to the media at the Commission’s office in Nampally, Venkatesham emphasized that biometric attendance will be mandatory for all candidates, and those who fail to comply will have their answer sheets rejected. He also stated that the results for Group-1, Group-2, and Group-3 exams will be released in March.
