Miss World 2023 Kristyna Pískova Visits Yadagirigutta
NEWS CHARIOT:-Miss World 2023 Kristyna Pískova from the Czech Republic arrived in Hyderabad as part of the Miss World 2024 celebrations. Dressed in a traditional saree, she visited the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta and offered prayers.
With the Miss World 2024 competition set to be hosted in Hyderabad from May 7, Kristýna landed in the city to participate in the pre-launch event scheduled for March 20.
Kristyna expressed her excitement about exploring Hyderabad’s historical and cultural landmarks. During her visit, she plans to explore Charminar, an iconic symbol of Hyderabad,Falaknuma Palace, a luxurious heritage site,Chowmahalla Palace, known for its royal grandeur,Golconda Fort, a historic marvel.
Tourism Secretary Smita Sabharwal revealed that 120 contestants from different countries, participating in Miss World 2024, are eager to visit the Yadagirigutta temple. She emphasized that Hyderabad’s cultural and spiritual significance is drawing global attention.
Kristýna was deeply moved by the spiritual and architectural beauty of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. Her visit reflects the growing international interest in Telangana’s cultural heritage.
Smita Sabharwal expressed her delight that Telangana is now in the global spotlight, thanks to the Miss World competition. With representatives from over 100 countries visiting, Hyderabad will showcase its rich traditions, heritage, and modern development to the world.
Kristyna Pískova made history as the 71st winner of the Miss World title. Competing against 112 contestants from different nations, she won the Miss World 2023 crown, marking a significant achievement in her career.
Her visit to Hyderabad is not just about the competition but also about experiencing the city’s unique blend of history, spirituality, and modern charm.
