MLA Medipalli Satyam Donates One Month’s Salary to National Defense Fund in Solidarity with Indian Army
Speaking on the occasion, Satyam said, “I am an Indian — I will stand in support of the Indian Army. In the current situation, the time has come for every Indian to rise and show solidarity with our soldiers who are defending the nation at the borders.” He expressed heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the Indian Army, saluting their relentless efforts in driving out Pakistani gunmen from the border areas.
He highlighted the Indian Army’s recent success in “Operation Sindhur,” a strategic response to violent incidents in Pahalgam. According to Satyam, Pakistan had been inciting unrest and manipulating innocent civilians, but the Indian Army gave a fitting and powerful reply that not only neutralized the threat but also instilled national pride among citizens.
“The Indian Army has given victories that the country is proud of. I extend my full support to our brave soldiers and made this contribution as a small token of my gratitude,” he stated. The MLA urged people, especially Congress party leaders, activists, and residents of Choppadandi constituency, to come forward and contribute to the National Defense Fund in whatever capacity they can.
