Police Officials Enhance Shooting Skills in Annual Firing Practice Session in Rajanna Sircilla

NEWS CHARIOT : As part of the annual mobilization exercise, police officials and staff in Rajanna Sircilla district participated in a vital firing practice session. The session, held at the Sardhapur Battalion, was supervised by the Superintendent of Police (SP) Akhil Mahajan, who also actively took part in the training.
The primary aim of the session was to enhance the shooting skills and operational readiness of the police force, ensuring they are prepared for law enforcement duties. The training focused on improving the police personnel’s proficiency with various weapons, an essential aspect of their role in maintaining peace and security in the region.
During the event, SP Akhil Mahajan stressed the importance of integrating advanced technology into law enforcement services. He emphasized that police officials should be well-versed in both modern technology and weaponry to effectively carry out their responsibilities. He highlighted that such training programs are vital for enhancing the professional skills of the police force and urged them to apply the techniques learned during the session to their daily duties.
The SP also praised the officers and staff members who demonstrated exceptional performance during the firing practice. The training session was attended by several key police officials, including ASPs Sheshadrini Reddy and Chandraiah, Special Branch DSP Murali Krishna, along with other CIs, RIs, SIs, and RSI officers.
