During a conversation with star writer Thota Prasad, the director revealed an incredible instance of Prabhas’ compassion. The director shared that in 2010, during Maha Shivaratri, he was hospitalized due to a serious health issue. Coincidentally, it was also the day when Prabhas’ father, Sri Suryanarayana Raju, passed away. Despite his personal loss, Prabhas made sure to visit the director and provided him with financial help, showing his true character even during his difficult time.

The film Kannappa, which features Prabhas alongside Sharath Kumar, Preeti Mukundan, Mohan Lal, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal, Madhubala, Sapthagiri, Sampath, and Devaraj in significant roles, is scheduled for a grand release on 25th April 2025. The film’s music is composed by Stephen Devassy.

Prabhas’ selfless gesture towards the director during his time of need is a testament to his character and his genuine care for people around him, making him not just a superstar on screen but also a true hero off-screen.
