Rishabh Pant gifted scooters to two youth for saving his life

NEWS CHARIOT (New Delhi, Nov.24) : Star India cricketer Rishabh Pant had gifted two scooters to the persons who saved his life in a fatal car accident that took place on December 30 in 2022 while he was driving the car to his hometown Roorkee via Delhi-Dehradun highway.

As per media reports, the accident occurred while the wicket keeper batsman was driving the car with great speed, and eventually after hitting the divider, it caught fire immediately.

Pant was battling for his life as he was still inside the burning car until help arrived miraculously in the form of two locals identified as Rajat and Nishu. They helped Pant escape the burning car and called an ambulance for him as his condition was too critical.

Pant even thanked the duo by making a special post on his Instagram account, saluting their bravery for saving his life amid a dangerous situation and recently had also gifted scooters to the duo for giving him a second life.

This came to light during an interview of Rajat and Nishu. Notably, the scooters have Pant’s name imprinted on them.
