Telangana Government Signs Agreements to Provide Job Opportunities for Youth in Japan

NEWS CHARIOT:-Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is currently on a visit to Japan, where he is actively engaging with representatives of various companies to attract investments and foster business relationships. As part of this initiative, the Telangana government has made a significant move to create job opportunities for the state’s skilled youth in Japan.

During his visit, the Telangana government signed agreements with two major Japanese companies to facilitate employment for the state’s professionals. The agreements were made through Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), which operates under the Department of Labour and Employment. The companies involved are Turn (TGUK Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) and Raj Group, both well-established players in the Japanese market.

The collaboration between Telangana and these companies aims to open up a range of job opportunities for skilled professionals, particularly in sectors like healthcare, engineering, hospitality, and construction. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and his team held detailed discussions with the company representatives in Japan, focusing on expanding cooperation and ensuring a steady flow of employment opportunities for Telangana’s youth.

Through these agreements, a total of 500 job vacancies will be made available for Telangana’s skilled workforce. Specifically, 200 jobs will be offered in the healthcare and nursing sectors, 100 jobs in engineering, 100 jobs in hospitality, and another 100 in the construction industry. These opportunities are expected to benefit professionals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications, providing them with a chance to work in Japan’s thriving job market.

This move is part of the Telangana government’s broader strategy to equip its youth with the skills needed to meet global job market demands.
