NEWS CHARIOT:-In a significant move to boost tourism in Telangana, the historic Bhuvanagiri Fort in the erstwhile Nalgonda district is set to get the state’s first-ever ropeway. Known for its centuries-old history and breathtaking views, the fort attracts a steady stream of visitors, especially trekking enthusiasts.

Recognizing the growing footfall, the tourism department has initiated key development projects, including the construction of a ropeway that will connect the Hyderabad-Warangal National Highway to the fort. With its deep historical significance, Bhuvanagiri Fort remains a key tourist attraction in Telangana. The upcoming ropeway is expected to significantly increase tourist numbers, making the fort more accessible. Similarly, the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam ropeway will transform the location into a major tourist hotspot.
