Viswavasu Nama Samvatsara Panchangam Unveiled at Kakatiya University

NEWS CHARIOT:-The Vishwavasu Nama Samvatsara Ugadi Panchangam/Dainandini was officially released at Kakatiya University by Vice-Chancellor Professor K. Pratap Reddy and Registrar Professor Ramachandram. The event took place at the university chamber, where senior journalists and officials participated.
The Panchangam was released by the Telangana branch of the Working Journalists of India (WJI), an organization that works for the welfare of journalists across India. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Pratap Reddy and Professor Ramachandram praised WJI for its efforts in bringing together journalists with nationalistic values. They highlighted that the release of the Telugu New Year Panchangam was a commendable initiative and expressed their hopes that the coming year would bring positive changes for journalists in the state.
“We hope that the new Telugu year will mark a fresh beginning for journalists, helping to resolve their professional challenges and bring prosperity into their lives,” said Professor Pratap Reddy.
WJI Telangana State Secretary N.S. Rao and Warangal District Convenor Puli Sharath Kumar extended Ugadi greetings to all journalists in Telangana. They emphasized that WHO has been actively working in 16 states across India, fighting for the rights and welfare of journalists. “We are committed to addressing the issues faced by journalists and will continue to work tirelessly for their well-being,” they stated.
The event was attended by several notable journalists, including Yamsani Srinivas, Kottapalli Ramesh (Associate Editor, Yams Pen English Daily), Bhukya Siddhu Naik, Radapaka Pradeep, A. Radhakrishna, Chintapatla Sai Kumar, and Rajender.
The gathering highlighted the unity among journalists and the need for continued efforts to protect their rights. The event concluded with a renewed commitment from WJI to keep striving for journalists’ welfare across the country.
