Yantra-24 Project Expo held at SR University

NEWS CHARIOT (Hanmakonda, Nov.21) : The Yantra-24 Project Expo, a grand event celebrating student innovation, was successfully organized at SR University, Hasanaparthi mandal, on Thursday.

N. Srinivasa Rao, Deputy General Manager of Ultratech Cement, inaugurated the event as the Chief Guest. In his address, he highlighted the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence in engineering technologies and underscored the importance of project expos in fostering creativity and exposing students to emerging technologies.

Dr. Deepak Garg, Vice Chancellor of SR University, emphasized the value of feedback from industry experts in shaping innovative projects. He encouraged students to utilize such events to refine their ideas and align them with real-world requirements.

The expo featured an impressive display of creativity and technological advancements by students from various engineering disciplines with active participation from students and faculty across multiple departments. Projects were reviewed by a panel of experts, who offered valuable insights and guidance. The event concluded with an award ceremony where the top projects were recognized and celebrated.

Dr. AVV Sudhakar served as the Organizing Secretary, and Dr. Ravichander was the Coordinator for the event. Other dignitaries in attendance included Dr. R. Archana Reddy, University Registrar; Dr. V. Mahesh, Dean Faculty; as well as deans, department heads, teaching and non-teaching staff, and enthusiastic students.
